Paralegal - client intake (Minneapolis, MN)

Lumen Umber Legal Group is a Minneapolis practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
