Paralegal - client intake (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Union Legal Group is a law firm in Milwaukee serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our client intake. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
