Paralegal - client intake (Miami, FL)

Cedar Drift Legal Group is a law firm in Miami serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
