Paralegal - client intake (Madison, WI)

Redstone Bridge Legal Group provides legal services in Madison across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our client intake. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
