Paralegal - client intake (Madison, WI)

Fernwood Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Madison serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
