Paralegal - client intake (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Juniper Legal Group is a Knoxville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our client intake. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
