Paralegal - client intake (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Ashton Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
