Paralegal - client intake (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Juniper Legal Group is a law firm in Jacksonville serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. You would join a large organisation of about 599 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
