Paralegal - client intake (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Yarrow Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
