Paralegal - client intake (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Indianapolis serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our client intake. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
