Paralegal - client intake (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Sparrow Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on client intake for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
