Paralegal - client intake (Houston, TX)

Summit Bridge Legal Group is a law firm in Houston serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our client intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
