Paralegal - client intake (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be client intake. You would join a large organisation of about 366 people based in Houston. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
