Paralegal - client intake (Honolulu, HI)

Cedar Meridian Legal Group is a law firm in Honolulu serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our client intake. You would join a large organisation of about 802 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
