Paralegal - client intake (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Cross Legal Group provides legal services in El Paso across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
