Paralegal - client intake (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Linden Legal Group Partners is a law firm in Colorado Springs serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
