Paralegal - client intake (Chicago, IL)

Redstone Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Chicago across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
