Paralegal - client intake (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Basin Legal Group provides legal services in Charlotte across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
