Paralegal - client intake (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Legal Group is a law firm in Atlanta serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
