Paralegal - client intake (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Drift Legal Group is a law firm in Anchorage serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on client intake. You would join a large organisation of about 743 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
