Paralegal - client intake (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Ivory Legal Group provides legal services in Albuquerque across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our client intake. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
