Paralegal - case preparation (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
