Paralegal - case preparation (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Linden Legal Group Partners provides legal services in Tulsa across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
