Paralegal - case preparation (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Cross Legal Group is a law firm in Tucson serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
