Paralegal - case preparation (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Umber Legal Group provides legal services in Tampa across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
