Paralegal - case preparation (Tampa, FL)

Nova Stone Legal Group is a law firm in Tampa serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
