Paralegal - case preparation (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Orchard Legal Group is a Tampa practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
