Paralegal - case preparation (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Ivory Legal Group provides legal services in Tampa across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
