Paralegal - case preparation (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Umber Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
