Paralegal - case preparation (Savannah, GA)

Nova Quill Legal Group is a law firm in Savannah serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
