Paralegal - case preparation (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Umber Legal Group is a Richmond practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
