Paralegal - case preparation (remote)

Bright Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Tulsa serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving billing records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
