Paralegal - case preparation (remote)

Foxglove Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in El Paso serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
