Paralegal - case preparation (remote)

Fernwood Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Buffalo across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
