Paralegal - case preparation (remote)

Clearpath Quill Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
