Paralegal - case preparation (remote)

Northwind Lakeside Legal Group is a law firm in Houston serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
