Paralegal - case preparation (remote)

Bright Cross Legal Group is a Houston practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving trust accounts. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
