Paralegal - case preparation (remote)

Stonegate Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Anchorage serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
