Paralegal - case preparation (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in Omaha across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
