Paralegal - case preparation (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Portland serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
