Paralegal - case preparation (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Mill Legal Group is a Portland practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
