Paralegal - case preparation (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Meridian Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
