Paralegal - case preparation (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Yarrow Legal Group provides legal services in Oklahoma City across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving client files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
