Paralegal - case preparation (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Ashton Legal Group provides legal services in Nashville across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
