Paralegal - case preparation (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Juniper Legal Group provides legal services in Nashville across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Paralegal to lead our case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
