Paralegal - case preparation (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Union Legal Group and adding a Paralegal whose main responsibility will be case preparation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
