Paralegal - case preparation (Minneapolis, MN)

Lumen Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Minneapolis serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving document review. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. What we are looking for • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Excellent attention to detail. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
