Paralegal - case preparation (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Umber Legal Group is looking for a Paralegal. The job centres on case preparation for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Interview clients and organise their files. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving court deadlines. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Maintain case management records. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
