Paralegal - case preparation (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Cross Legal Group is a Miami practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Miami. What you will do • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Maintain case management records. • Interview clients and organise their files. What we are looking for • Discretion with confidential information. • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
