Paralegal - case preparation (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Memphis serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Paralegal to take on case preparation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Draft routine letters and summaries for attorney review. • Prepare and file documents and track court deadlines. • Interview clients and organise their files. • Maintain case management records. • Support hearings and meetings on matters involving intake forms. What we are looking for • Excellent attention to detail. • Paralegal training or equivalent experience. • Discretion with confidential information. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
